Who we are

Gutters Dublin (guttersdublin.ie) is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. Contact: hello@guttersdublin.ie.

What we collect

When you send a request: the job you need, the type of house, your area, your phone number and, if you give them, your name, address area and details. If you use the Studio: your first name, mobile, area and the choices you make, and the photo you choose, which is made smaller in your browser and sent through our server to Google's Gemini service to draw the picture. What you type to the AI designer goes to Gemini too. If you tap Get this priced, your photo and the final picture are stored encrypted with your request and passed to the one company with it. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

To pass your request to one gutter company that covers your part of Dublin, so they can contact you about the job. We do this with your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share your request with one gutter company that covers your part of Dublin, and no one else. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@guttersdublin.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
